Step $4$: BARS Peer & Team Evaluation

You will create and use the BARS Peer & Team Evaluation to provide feedback

on individual team member and team performance through the duration of your

efforts during this course.

standards$/$criteria$/$objectives with defining behaviours. $[$research:

Behaviourally Anchored Rating Scales $($BARS$)].$ These are elements

which should come directly from your Team Contract.

$2.$ Create a BARS performance evaluation tool; this will be used to assess

each other and your team at a later point in this course. You will be

notified when the Peer & Team Evaluation is to be submitted. You

must be able to identify and explain explicit and specific measurable

behaviours. For example: $$communicates well$$ is too vague $$ define

what kind of communication $[$modes$],$ how frequently, all other relevant

parameters$]$ and with a relevant rating scale.
