Mashabane Insurance Services would like to revamp their insurance app in order to make it more appealing, user friendly and efficient. When users click on the app icon on their mobile phones, a login page is launched where they are required to enter a username and a password. Once they have logged in successfully, the new home page will have four big square tabs, namely Policies, Claims, Emergency, and Accident Scene. The ap should also allow users to easily navigate to the Contact Us page where users can fill in a query form use the contact details displayed on the page. Lastly users should be able to navigate to the new 'Cha to Dr Vince" feature, which allows users to chat to an agent in real time during office hours.
