Question 1: For the first part of the assignment, could you help me understand how to come up with an infographic/dashboard based on key market and industry trends in a chosen INDUSTRY in NZ (please suggests names)? The information needed is gathered from Formative Assessments 1, 2, and 3, which include;

1. Data collection and analysis of relevant industry news from media/reports
2. key market/consumer trends, and
3. key industry trends.

The presentation will be in-class/online (narrated PowerPoint) for feedback before the final submission in week 8. The focus should be on visual representation supported by written summaries, presented as a business report.

The course learning outcomes being assessed are

a) critically assessing different market conditions,

b) evaluating frameworks for managing strategy processes, and

c) conveying the meaning and implications of strategic insight in driving business performance.

Question 2:

For the individual assignment in the second part, I need assistance in preparing a detailed business report for an organization in NZ, (please suggest names of the organisation from the industry identified above) within the industry previously analyzed. The report will focus on "Driving Strategy and Performance" using the Balanced Scorecard as a strategic tool. I am required to identify key strategic initiatives (including international strategies) for improving business performance and distinguish existing strategies from new recommendations. Academic literature and management/strategy theories will be used to justify the changes and support the development of the Balanced Scorecard. The report should also incorporate relevant graphics.
