1. What does the term technology strategy or strategic management of technology mean to you/ to your organization?
2. How is it measured and/or managed in your organization? (is there a CTO?)
3. What is the biggest/ most important technological issue facing your organization and/or industry?
4. What value do you provide to your customer and how does technology affect that?
5. How does your firm deal with its main rivals? [Has a plan or not? Proactive, reactive, ignores?]
