Student Technology Support is commonly known as STS, It is a division of EITS and primarily responsible for internet access in all Residence Halls and Family Housing Units campus. They assist students in setting up their internet connections, registering devices, and troubleshoot if any internet connectivity/performance problems. STS also assists students connecting to PAWS-Secure. In addition to these responsibilities, STS also provides computing recommendations for incoming UGA students. Student Technology Supports wireless connection issues and wired connection issues in the dorms.
