Submission Instructions

The submission should 1 file merging the two files template provided (header page before every section) Maximum 10 pages double-spaced (excluding title page and reference page) and should follow APA referencing style.Please submit one word file that consists of the three files provided to you. The following details are required:

1. Identify at least 15 risks

2. At least 15 risks with their impact, probability, risk score, and identify impact to WBS and action plan (Follow the template provided)

3. Provide Procurement management plan to include procurement process, and contract type (Follow the template provided)

All submissions MUST be submitted through Turnitin with a similarity level of no greater than 15%.
