Students are expected to read chapter 6 as well as Case 6-1 and think about the scenario using analytical skills as well as what you learned in that chapter. You should respond to each question using information from chapter 6 and/or other resources as appropriate to support your answers.
Your Case Study should include:
- Introduction - This is where you should provide a summary of the case study, the key issues, and why those are important to understand (i.e. why is the selection process important?).
- Responses to all seven case study questions - all of the answers can be found within Chapter 6 of the textbook.
- Conclusion - What did you learn about the importance of the selection process? Include a summary of the major points of the case as well as any recommendations for Links of London on how they could improve their selection process. Could Links of London face legal ramifications for their hiring practices?
