Choose a Restaurant OR Hotel and create a Power Point presentation (Do NOT use an existing hotel or restaurant - create your own) Grading: /3 - Property Description (Name, Location, Theme, Demographic) /3 - Interior & Exterior Environment (Materials, Floor Plan, Lighting) /3 - Feasibility Report (Market Study-refer to lecture notes) /3 - Create 1 of the following: Preventive Maintenance Checklist OR Fire Safety Checklist (consisting of 3 points for each) /3 - List and explain at least 3 Environmentally Sustainable Activities, Products, or Actions (that you plan to implement in your facility and why) Tips: Include pictures from the internet of your vision If you choose to sketch (draw) your environment(s) you can take a picture and include in your assignment.
