Students will develop a comprehensive Waterfall project plan accounting for all phases of a project life-cycle with accompanying control documents to include: project charter, project scope statement, project quality plan, and change log templates.

The plan will include task deadlines, cost estimates, budget considerations, resource availability, technological requirements, and schedules to provide project execution and control mechanisms especially those needed to address risks that should be detailed along with mitigation plans in a risk register.
