Part 1: Explain your teams working procedures including, description of roles and responsibilities of
members, and clarification of how a BIM-related guideline is used in organising and managing a
Common Data Environment for your team activities.
Part 2: Share the outcomes of completing the below tasks:
I. Federating discipline models into a single model
II. Identifying coordination issues (clashes)
III. Safety checks of the federated model.
IV. Quantity take-off for the federated model.
V.4D simulation of the construction sequence.
Students will use an online collaboration tool for managing the tasks. All exchanges of
information must be recorded within this collaboration platform. One member of the teaching
staff will join the team to monitor the level of activity in the collaboration tool. The team will
also prepare and submit a presentation (narrated slides) describing their project and outcomes.
