Students will select and suggest an implementation approach for an operational$-$level $($Management$-$level$)$ change utilizing the four functions of management. Students will complete this project in the three project steps described below. Students will select an organization, assess its managerial effectiveness, identify a management opportunity for improvement, and make a recommendation to improve its managerial issue through the approaches, principles, and methods learned in the class.
