Students will synthesize their learning from the degree courses into recommendations to improve Amazon. The organization can be one that has employed the student, an organization from the text not used in the group assignment, or an external organization to the course and students. The student will provide background on the organization, assess the challenges and possible solutions for the organization, and apply learning from any 3 of these business functional areas to offer suggestions on how to improve the organization: (Accounting, organizational behavior, and project management In addition, the students will evaluate the potential impact of their changes to the entire organization and analyze potential obstacles to implementing solutions. Students will also provide an implementation timeline for each recommended solution demonstrating time, parties responsible for changes, and follow up measures to assess the progress of each of the 3 solutions.
