Students will work individually or on the same self-selected MBA teams of 2-3 people to complete one comparative leadership and communication analysis of two leaders in their communication styles, values, and effectiveness. You can use existing and publicly available YouTube video interviews of two comparable leaders (or managers) who exemplify cross-cultural communication practices. Cultural diversity is intended here in an inclusive way and may consider other levels of diversity such as national cultures, ethnic identities, racial identities, gender identities, political ideologies, etc. Your presentation slides should include the following essential elements: 1. Title slide: Include the names, positions, and photos of the selected leaders along with your name. 2. Video Clips: Include two short video clips of the two comparative leaders 3. Similarities: Identify at least three (3) similarities in their communication style. 4. Differences: Identify at least three (3) differences in their communication style. 5.
