Question:
Study the scenario and complete the question(s) that follow(s):
FitWorks GYM A local gym "FitWorks" has a website with registration and login pages for its members. The registration form contains standard registration details such as member name and surname, phone number, email address, and password. Additionally, the registration form asks for the member's fitness goals, their preferred workout schedule, and their current fitness level.
You have been asked to create the relevant SQL table. The data collected should be stored and validated such that only properly authenticated members would be granted access to the gym's workout tracking page.
The SQL table should contain the following fields:
• member_id (unique identifier for each member) • first_name • last_name • phone_number • password • fitness_goals • workout_schedule • fitness_level
The member_id field should be set as the primary key for the table. The email address should be unique to each member, to prevent duplicate accounts.
When a member logs in to the gym's website, their email address and password will be validated against the information stored in the SQL table. If the login is successful, the member will be granted access to the workout tracking page. If the login is unsuccessful, the member will be prompted to try again or reset their password.
You are not required to create the workout tracking page, but you should verify successful authentication by testing the login process with test user accounts. Source: Mpwampu, K. (2023).
