Styles of leadership within the training program will include all leadership styles,including authoritarian leadership, participative leadership, delegation leadership,transactional leadership, and transformational leadership. The participant will be taught theadvantages and disadvantages of each leadership style when used in an organization. Further,participants will get training on each type of leadership style within the organization and theimpacts that the styles bring to the organization. The methods that I will use to ensure that theparticipants can understand the leadership styles in the workplace would include self-directlearning. The participants would choose to teach themselves the styles by selecting areas for 3development, choosing learning avenues, and identifying resources (Wang & Kim, 2021).This method aims to acquire new skills and gain a broader perspective on the leadershipstyles and what it means to be a successful leader. Participants will understand differentleadership styles, including the situations in which they work best, and know that they are notlikely to be successful leaders when they mimic these styles.After completing the training, I will assess the program to ensure practical training.First, I will identify key performance indicators (KPL) to measure the participant's progresstowards the goals and objectives of the course. KPLs help in accurately assessing trainingonce the participants complete learning (Young et al., 2021).
