Form a group two students. Assume that your group is the Evaluation Committee and assigned with the task to assess the performance of a small business let say a small restaurant with a drive through and dine in facility.

Choose three (Cashier, Server, Supervisor) type of jobs in the restaurant.

Write responsibilities of each job (job discription)

Define at least three performance criteria for each job mentioned above.

How would you measure them so that the results would be used for promotion and pay rise?

Which type of methods or instruments do you suggest and why?

Who should be evaluator/appraisers and why?

It should be a comprehensive report of about 10-12 pages.
