a) In every interior design projects there are three major areas that need to be addressed such as Design, Cost and Time frame. Depending on your view, project management is often the boring part of the design process but is equally important as the design if smooth facilitation of the project is to take place. Project management is an important part of any interior design project. Without project management, a project would only exist on paper and will not be realised.

List down & explain FOUR (4) main goals of project management in order to maintain the maintain balance between Design, Cost and Time frame for the entire project.
