Make an imaginary business project.
1a) Write 1 paragraph describing the objectives for a project of your choice.
1b) Explain how your project idea described above meets the criteria that allows the work to be classified as a project, not ongoing work.
2) Develop a List of 10 Milestones with associated Predecessors and Duration for the project you described above. Follow the same format for your Milestone List as provided in your Chapter 6 practise exercises using the following 4 headings: ID, Description, Predecessor and Time Duration. When developing your list and assigning predecessors, ensure there are at least 2 bursts and 2 merges in the project you are creating to allow you to demonstrate your understanding of the AON Diagram methodology.
3) Draw an AON Diagram based upon the project list that you developed in Question 2. Include identification of the legend, critical path(s) and duration of the project. Landscape mode recommended for best use of space. (please follow this: Marking Scheme: Nodes -2 marks each, Critical Path5 marks, Project Duration3 marks, Legend2 marks.)
4a) Identify and briefly describe 5 risks associated with your project.
4b) Assign Probability and Impact scores to each of the 5 risks identified above and provide a brief rational for each of your scores.
