The chart needs to identify at least 2 groups/individuals from the video who you are focusing on. Supply the video link or title and episode at the bottom of your submission. Answer: what their action was and if it was a mistake, misconduct OR disaster. Identify any interventions or outcomes. As some of you are understanding, communication can easily unravel when it comes to group workflow. Not everyone is awake a 2:00 am. Figure out a plan and a 'hand off' to keep the flow moving. This group selection will be randomly generated.

Fill in the cells with complete sentences which explain an action identified in the readings of the groups/individuals you've selected and why you understand this action as a mistake, misconduct OR disaster.

2x2 chart (x y axis): As a Group; Range from Complexity of Organization/Normative Environment (x axis) and from top to bottom (y axis), create a range from mistake, misconduct OR disaster. Identify plot points, of at least 4 (2 per group member) characteristics which clarify what you've read to what you've viewed.
