Choosing and submitting your final paper topic

For your final paper, you will evaluate an active set of negotiations with specific counterparts, negotiations you expect to have as you move forward in your career, or a multi-cultural leadership challenge. Please define the culture (national, regional, industry, functional, age, gender, race, etc.) you will focus on and the actual or expected negotiation and/or leadership challenge when you submit your topic.

Some topics students have selected in the past to give you some ideas are as follows: negotiating across the globe, women in global negotiation situations, managing multi-generational teams and the cultural differences, DEI and it's impact on leadership, leading remote and hybrid teams, etc. The main idea is to ensure your topic of choice can connect to the coursework and is in line with the assignment instructions. You will not need to have your topic reviewed prior to submitting it for review since the main focus of the assignment is implied. A grade of "complete" means that your topic has been approved. Feedback will be provided in the assignment comments below the grade.
