Remember, your paper must cover all of the following:

1. Thetopic/theme/literary deviceyou have chosen
2. Acomparison or contrast of the topic as seen in two texts, one of which is Cry, the Beloved Country
3. Thebiblical perspectiveon the issue

Your thesis statement is the "mini roadmap" that contains all of your ideas in one sentence. It should include both items in the list below:

1. Your topic (your chosen texts)
2. Your main points

Note: The main points in your thesis should belisted in the same orderthat they will unfold in the actual paper.

The outline should contain the thesis statement, each main point, and the sub/supporting points for each main point. There should be two-four main points with at LEAST TWO supporting details for each one.
