You have been assigned a project to establish a new email system for the company. The business requires the usual email capabilities such as sending and receiving email messages. The business also requires data loss prevention that detects and prevents social security numbers, credit cards, and account numbers being sent via email. Further, the company wishes this new email system to be hosted and does not want to build new servers for this service. The company currently has $100$ users and require the use of Microsoft Outlook as the primary email client. Additionally, the email system should have an encryption option to send and receive secure email messages. Using the requirements gathering template you found in week $1,$ complete the sections with the business requirements noted in these instructions. Write a paper and distinguish what is functionality, use case, non$-$functional, and business process and why.
