Subraction

Problem: Code a method that will subtract two matrices to create a new one. The new matrix should subtract the values from the same positions in each matrix (ie: position [0][0] - position[0][0]). If the matrices are different sizes, treat the missing values as 0.

Data: 2 ineteger matrices are passed in. The matrices may be empty but will not be null.

Output: Return a new matrix.

Sample Data [ 1, 2, 3 ], [0, 1] - [ 5, 0 ] Sample Output [[-4, 2, 3] , [0, 1]]
