substantial response: When it comes to introducing a project, there is an abundance of planning, analysis, scheduling that needs to be aligned to, investment of resources, and deployment, which are all essential elements of a project, yet are not the only initiatives that are involved in the process. There are also subprojects that are needed, specific phases to ensure the project is staying the course, unique work packages, and also activities and tasks that are to be completed. And most importantly, there has to be the determination of what the final land/deliverable will be and if the idea will meet the standard quality of all the stakeholder's expectations (Martins, 2024). An extremely complex project that I was involved in was that of deployment of a new feature/function within the accounting software solution that my team supports. The primary objective was to get the team upskilled/trained within 60 days and fully knowledgeable of all aspects within the feature/function as it was a very heavy lift from a product standpoint with a huge learning curve
