As you can see in the table above it shows that 10 or 66.67% of the respondents answered Business/Company closure are not envisaged it is most probably their company are well managed and they think that it will be harder for their employees to look for sources of income for their family. The other 3 or 20% of the respondents answered 1 month or less, it is most probably their company are just a little bit adjusting to the new normal, preparing and implementing rules to manage a good flow of the company, and the other 2 or 13.33% answered 6 months or more, most probably because they cant cope up with the new normal, or their companies are not that prepared enough to adapt this new normal unlike big companies.
As you can see the in the table above, it shows the different opinions of the respondents on how the Covid-19 Pandemic affected their jobs in any ways. Some of them says New problem with infrastructures other says Employee absences due to sickness maybe because other people they are getting sick because of the pandemic. Temporary shutdown, most of the companies are forced to temporary shutdown because of the increasing risk nowadays, because people are scared that they might get Covid, and the other says Skeletal Schedule it must be their companys plan in times like this, minimum number of employees will operate a company on a particular day to still run in their company, with this, although they would still get income, it will be hard for the employees to do this because it will not reduce the risk of the emitting danger of the pandemic.
In the table above it shows how the respondents answer the question if have they adopted any strategies to cope up with the crisis, as you can see they have different strategies but most of them, answered laid off employees most probably because in this time of pandemic, companies and businesses are experiencing financial crisis, it will most probably the effective way to reduce work forces by staff reduction and also cost-cutting.
As you can see in the table above it shows that most of the respondents answered No, we buy and sell within our country only which is 9 or 60% of the total number of respondents, 3 or 20% of the total respondents answered We export but do not import. Next is 2 or 13.33% of the total respondents answered We export and import, and 1 or 6.67% of the total respondents answered We import but do not export.
As you can see nowadays some business and companies participate in international trade for their own benefits, because it is one way of gaining income and funds for the development of the company or business. But in the table above it shows that most of the respondents No, we buy and sell within our country only this is probably because of the pandemic that we are currently experiencing. Some businesses doesnt really participates in international trade because of connections, they cant seem to find the right business partners and other reasons is because of Language Barriers and Cultural issues but some businesses are having difficulty in trading internationally because of the increasing risk of Covid 19.
