This should include the list ofKSAOsneeded to perform the job and to maximize the person-organization fit that you identify from your job analysis. Report whether each KSAO is needed among new hires (i.e., required or preferred) or not. Again,KSAOsthat are required or preferred among new hires would be assessed in the selection, whereas those that are not would be developed after hire (e.g., in training). Be sure that one of your methods is a structured interview.For each selection method used:Provide a general description of what the method would entail; Justify and provide evidence for the validity of each method for assessing the KSAO(s). Consider the degree to which there is evidence for criterion-related validity (e.g., summarized in your text for various methods). Remember that the assessment needs to tap into the tasks done on the job and/or the KSAOs needed to perform the job for the assessment to have content validity; and Describe who will be involved in administering and scoring each method.
