Draw and explain the basic components of the supply chain for a booklet product that used by students. Which show:

Firstly:

- Commodity flow, reverse flow and information transmission.

Note: The chain is made up of a number of retailers who are supplied by three wholesalers who receive the goods from the same factory. Three suppliers supply the plant with raw materials.

Second:

- In case of reverse logistics: if students return the booklets to retailers, who return them to a collection center and this center returns the booklets to the factory.
