Analyse the case in terms of the unique SCM applicable to the brewery operations and related logistics issues involved in JIT, TQM (and CQM) supply problems as originating from inventory management problems. Consider the complete OPERATIONAL LOGISTICS and ENGINEERING LOGISTICS integration in the optimisation proposition and propose remedial actions based on the analysis. In the analysis clearly identify the problem areas and propose short medium- and long-term solutions. NOTE: Consider the aspects as is required by the SCM such as SRM, CRM and the management of the integrated logistics systems (inclusive of 2nd and 3rd tier service providers [2PL & 3 PL] governing the inbound and outbound logistics of the operational core of the SCM of SAB clearly identifying the problem areas and propose short medium and long term solutions.
