Supply Chain Question!

Using Table 9-3 from the safe URL below, what is the total cost of ownership for Morocco when the transportation costs are $18.50, and tariffs are $7.45? Make sure to include Morocco's total hourly labor cost (Textile and Clothing).I know that I will add the transportation cost of $18.50 and tariff costs of $7.45 to the hourly labor cost, but what is the hourly labor cost if Textiles are $1.89 and Clothing is $1.36? When added together that comes to $3.25, but am I simply adding the two values to get total hourly labor cost? Pleas look at Table 9-3 in the safe URL.
