Suppose: A new system will be developed for the publication of contents of each course taught in each semester of the Harvard Computer Engineering career, this will be done in an automated way to lighten the work done by teachers through friendly graphical interfaces. The system will ensure adequate internal control for use, since each teacher will have permissions to enter and update data corresponding to the classes they teach in the current semester. The contents of each subject will be entered through previously assigned templates, where files can also be attached (the use of templates will be optional since references can also be made to the files that the user wants to publish). The user will be able to update the contents whenever he needs it, making use of the name of the subject and password for this. The contents of the subject, which will be entered through the system, are categorized into: Program, News, Evaluations, Attendance, Calendar of activities, Notes and others that must be strictly necessary for each subject. The main functionality of the system will be the creation and updating of the subject page which, once the semester is over, will be stored in a historical repository where all the information described above will be stored, in order to subsequently generate or consult the subjects taught with anteriority. The students will be indirect beneficiaries of the new system since they will only have access to view the contents of the courses without being able to modify them.
