Suppose now you have access to a data warehouse which contains information collected by the U.S. Bureau of the Census concerning housing in the area of Boston, Massachusetts. The data warehouse stores information on existing housing tracts in the Boston area such as their median house prices, crime rates, etc. The following table lists all variables you can request from the data warehouse. The goal is to predict the median house price for new tracts.
