SWOT Analysis

In chapter 2 , we discussed the strategy formulation as one of the main phases in the strategic management process, and how it is important to effectively align the HR strategies with the chosen strategy. One essential aspect is analyzing the internal and external environment surrounding the business. In that matter, SOWT analysis can be used by defining organization`s the strengths , weaknesses , opportunities , threats.

In this discussion, you are required to choose a company whether it is local or international , apply SOWT analysis by using your critical thinking , and what we have covered in the class.

This assessment is common within businesses , and for sure you will be required to do it in some of your future courses` projects. So Take the advantage of such task.
