Call center response time is the amount of time it takes from when the caller dials into the contact center to the time they are connected with the appropriate agent.

Susie Simmons wants to understand how the company is doing regarding call center response time. She decides to collect six response times each day over 25 days. Her data are shown in Table 1.

Analyze the data (create a x-bar and R chart) and make recommendations. Copy your Minitab output in a MS Word document. Thats also where you write your analysis and recommendations.
