Candidate Instructions

For this assessment task you are is required to evaluate ways in which to improve learning practice.

This will be achieved by you observing and evaluating current learning practice.

For this assessment you are required to:

Plan an evaluation activity of current learning practices.

Design and produce a tool to be used to record observations of current learning practices.

Observe a learning intervention and record observations of the learning practices used.

The information to be collected must include:

Context of learning environment - e.g., F2F, online, blended or OJT.

Observed learner cohort characteristics, both group and individual

Observed learning practices.

Which learning practices were effective? Why?

Which learning practices were not effective? Why? Any alternative activities available?

This part of the Practical Assessment is to be completed individually.
