This is the reason for the project: the ever$-$increasing need for sustainable infrastructure and environmentally friendly construction processes that could cause minimal damage to the environment. The project entails designing and constructing, as well as monitoring, the building, including solar panels, energy$-$efficient materials, and automated energy management systems. The project has to be achieved under the time horizon with the budget set; project scheduling is tied to $10$ Knowledge Areas of PMI and the $3$ Competencies of IPMA ICB$4$ to facilitate efficient delivery of the project.
