Write a function, name it seat$\_$assignment. The function will use a while loop and will break when all possible seats have been exhausted by the Manager. The maximum allowable number of seats is only known to the Manager. The Manager is the only person that can end the while loop. The function does not accept any argument or return a value. Within the while loop assign a seat number until there are not more seat numbers $(100$ in total$)$ as described previously; the manager will assign seat after that. Task $18(5$ points$)$
