$1.$ Read through all sample questions located in the frames on the previous slide.

$2.$ Choose $1$ or $2$ of the TEKS for your content area and grade level.

$3.$ Type your content area, content level, and chosen standard$($s$)$ at the top of your assignment.

$4.$ Look through the depth and complexity icons to determine the icons that will work well with your TEK$($S$).$

$5.$ Using the depth and complexity icons, create and submit at least $4$ quality questions that will help your students understand your standard$/$content more deeply or in more complex ways. Each question must include at least $2$ icons.

$6.$ Write your $2$ chosen icons to the left of each question.
