Task 1 is to create a plan for interviewing members of the local community who live in Mozambique's Zambezi Delta.

Refer to Step 1 of the multi-step Interview/Focus Group process that we learned in the Module 4 PowerPoint slides. There are two slides in the Module 4 PowerPoint slideshow, both titled 'Step 1: Prepare a Plan'. Follow those guidelines and prepare an interview plan. Your interview plan should be roughly one page in length.

Task 2 (Interview Questions)

Task 2 consists of three parts.

A) Create a list of 15 specific interview questions that the project team might ask when interviewing local community members. You must prepare at least five open-ended questions and at least five closed-ended questions in your list of questions.

There are potentially dozens and dozens of questions that you might ask to members of the community, but you are only required to create 15 questions in total.

B) For each of the 15 questions, indicate whether the question is an open-ended or a closed-ended question.

C) Finally, for each of the 15 questions, write a brief explanation (1 or 2 sentences) for WHY you are asking that question. How would the question help your planning team determine requirements for this project?
