For this task you are asked to research and assess a range of different leadership styles for implementing a series of activities in a New Zealand business and assess the best styles to use.

Leadership styles are to be referenced and be suitable for a New Zealand business.

For each of the following situations:

$$ Research and explain the best leadership style to use and justify your reason for choosing it$.$

$$ Research and name a second leadership style which could be used to support this leadership style and explain why.

$$ Research and name a leadership style which will not be appropriate to use and explain why.

Situation $1$:

Coaching a sales team to double their outcome and performance over a period of two years.

Putting in a new computer system for the business which combines key accounting processes on one server over a three $(3)$ month period.
