Task $2$: Leadership Skills for Implementing Activities $$ LO$118$ marks

For this task you are asked to research and assess the range of different leadership skills required for the activities in Task $1.$

Leadership skills are to be referenced and be suitable for a New Zealand business.

Three $(3)$ key leadership skills are required for each situation and justification for their importance related to the situation is to be provided.

A minimum of two $(2)$ different points for each skill are required in the justification.

Situation $1$:

Coaching a sales team to double their outcome and performance over a period of two years.

Situation $2$:

Implementing a business culture plan centred on people and whanaungatanga in the next six $(6)$ months.

Situation $3$:

Putting in a new computer system for the business which combines key accounting processes on one server over a three $(3)$ month period.
