Task 1 Link designs You should produce two separate layout drawings for the section of Coldharbour Lane to the north and south of the UWE roundabout. These layout drawings should be on an Ordnance Survey base map at 1:500 scale which indicates the outlines of the proposed revisions to this street to meet the aspirations of the vision and objectives prepared in assignment 1. You should create the proposed layouts by hand-drawing, accurately and to scale, the kerb lines which separate each part of the road: the footway, cycle track and carriageway. The drawings should be annotated with boxed out comments to communicate the key aspects of your design. The base mapping can be obtained from Digimap. You should also produce two separate street cross-section drawings showing lane allocations (for all user groups) for the section of Coldharbour Lane to the north and south of the UWE roundabout.
