Task 1: Prepare Staff Workflow ASSESSMENT INSTRUCTIONS This task will require you to delegate task workflow for day-to-day operations of at least two teams. STEPS TO TAKE 1. Access and review the following documents: List of personnel in the teams Customer Service quality reports Operational Budget Organisational principles of delegation of work Existing Staff Roster 2. Identify at least two teams to create roster for. 3. Plan and organise workflow for each team identified. In doing so: a. Assess current workloads based on the existing Staff Roster b. Delegate task for each team members according to principles of delegation of work by assessing the following: Tasks must be within customer service quality and budget constraints. o Work performed of the each identified staff. o Capability of the staff to perform the task. o Amount of work capable of being performed by the staff identified. c. Schedule work within to maximise efficiency of the team members
