Mary Manager has taken a deep look at herself and her department and has decided she must delegate more to her employees for the following reasons: Resources 1. She has consistently worked more than 40 hours a week for several years. 2. The pressure of trying to get everything done has put her on edge with some of the staff. 3. She has not been sleeping well because of worry. Interpersonal Skill Information Last night she spent three hours formulating a list of responsibilities she might delegate to her five employees. The list is as follows: Systems A. A weekly report that takes 50 minutes to prepare. This report could easily be delegated to Roberto, but it would reveal certain departmental figures that have not been revealed to employees in the past. There is nothing secret about the data, but Mary feels she might lose control if everybody knows what goes on. B. A weekly fun job that Mary has always enjoyed. Kaylee would love to do the job
