Read the following scenario and, as a group, determine the advice you would give Harry.

Sally advertised her Camry car for sale for $10,000. Harry saw the advertisement, called her on Sunday and said he could only pay $9,000. Sally asked for time to consider this, and said she would let Harry know by 11.00 am Monday. At 10.45 am Monday, she called Harry and agreed to sell her car for $9,000, provided he collected and paid for the car that night. When Harry said he had to attend his important Law 960 class and could not collect the car until the following day, Sally told him she was no longer willing to sell. Harry is insisting that he is entitled to the car. Do you think Harry is entitled to the car? Why?
