Task 1 Select any organization, department or unit (private or public) and assess employees training and development needs. This could be done by carrying out organization, person and task analysis. The outcomes of this task include: who needs training? what task need to be training? And whether the training is appropriate for the organization? Task 2 Develop/design a formal structure/schedule for training activities. This should be done for at least two training needs. The formal structure should include behavioral objectives, learning tasks, place, date/time and resources required for training implementation
