Task $1$: Six Sigma

Case: The Company has a prototyping department which is responsible for the product qualification of machine tools. The process includes the construction of prototypes, the testing of these prototypes in accordance with internal and legal requirements and the construction of suitable testing facilities. In the past, there have been repeated delays that are no longer tolerated by management. For this reason, a Six Sigma improvement project was initiated, including a comprehensive data collection phase.
