Objective what is the purpose of this assignment.

Methodology: How did you collect information the primary and the secondary sources used by you. For Primary source you have to conduct an online interview of at least two employees of this company. For Secondary sources you should read articles (online) about this company.

Data Analysis: Based on the interviews conducted by you and the articles read by you discuss the:

(i) Communication strategies adopted by the company (for performing internal, external, integrative, and persuasive functions of communication and channels used).

(iii) Role of social media in the success of the company.

Challenges faced: What was the impact of the pandemic on the company related to its operations and general business? Mention any two changes the company made to tackle the pandemic.
