Task 1.3: Diversification

As discussed in the class, the diversification helps investors to spread the risk in case you wish to do so. On top of the traditional financial assets, we have learnt already like equities or bonds there are many alternative asset classes available for investors in the market. On top of that new asset classes are still emerging (commodities, art, cryptocurrencies, intellectual property rights and so). Please select two "non-traditional" asset classes and explain them.
