Task 1.5 Report to your supervisor Task 15 You must report your variations from task 1.4 to your workplace supervisor or role-played workplace supervisor. You must seek feedback from your supervisor for solutions to minimise any future variations in expected and actual work outputs. To complete this task, you are required to send an email to your supervisor (or role-played supervisor) that meets the following criteria: Criteria for your email to the supervisor (or role played supervisor: Describe the professional development opportunities that you undertook and how successful they were in furthering your learning needs Describe all of the variations that were identified in task 1.4 and how you responded to these Ask for feedback for solutions on how you can minimise future variations between expected and actual work outputs (e.g., if the timeframe was not met for an activity, you could seek feedback and advice on time management) You MUST attach a copy of your completed Task I Work Plan and Gantt Chart' (From task 1.3) and a copy of your Evaluation of Performance (from task 1.4) to your email Criteria for the email response from the supervisor (or role-played supervisor): The supervisor must respond to your email (you require their feedback for task 1.6) and must: Provide feedback on the suitability of the professional development opportunities that you undertook Provide feedback on your work performance Provide feedback for solutions on how you can minimise future variations between expected and actual work outputs Submission requirements for this task: Upload a screenshot copy of your sent email and the response from your supervisor.
