Employee Bonuses: They get damaged cookies and sell them to others in the area for a lower price. Bonuses if the worker is not on vacation too much. The training of new employees lasts up to $6$ months and is done on the job within the company. The owner and co$-$workers go to conferences in Germany $($Biofach$)$ and America to hear the latest news and thus come up with their own recipes $>$ try them out until the mixture is good for cookies.
